Shipping Information

Your order will be processed within 5-7 business days from when your order is placed.

Default Shipping Speed and Service

I ship USPS First-Class Mail® Parcel (2-5 days) in an appropriate package. Orders ship out from the SF Bay Area, California.

Shipping Speed upgrade and Insurance

Shipping speeds and insurance can be upgraded upon request.

Lost Packages

As soon as The Khapay drops off your package at the post office, we have no control over the delivery speed. USPS is in charge of it.

USPS should be contacted if you fear your package has been lost. The Khapay cannot open USPS cases for you; that is the responsibility of the buyer. The Khapay can assist you, but we are not responsible for lost items. Your items cannot be replaced if you did not purchase insurance.

Address Changes:

If you entered the wrong address when filling out your transaction, do not panic! Please contact me if you need the shipping address changed. Make sure I confirm receipt of the change by getting back to you.

International Shipping

The Khapay provides international shipping services.

It is not permitted for me to declare your custom forms as a gift or to state that the package is worth less than it actually is.

I also ask the international customers to be patient when it comes to the arrival of their goods. It can take up to a month to receive your package from The Khapay if it’s being shipped abroad.

Regarding USPS custom numbers: It is regular for international packages to appear to have stopped being tracked on the customs number when they leave the USA. This is due to the fact that once the package leaves the USA it gets transferred to your local postal service and is no longer scanned using USPS’s technology. Do not worry if this happens to your customs number. If you are concerned about the time it is taking please contact your country’s postal service for more information.

Sales Tax

At checkout, California residents will be charged the applicable county’s tax rate.

Returns

The Khapay values its customers and will happily accept returns for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Please understand that you as a customer will have to pay for the return shipping..

Substitutions

Substitutions are not available for pre-made accessory packages.
